关于美国手术护理改进项目的评介

摘要

介绍了美国目前执行的手术护理质量改进规范及实施现状.自2006年,由一组美国国家质量管理机构共同制定和监督的全国手术护理质量改进项目启动,这一规范和标准的主要目标是:到2010年将手术并发症发生率减少25％.其主要内容包括:手术患者预防性抗生素的使用,血糖的控制,术后体温的控制,正确的备皮,导尿管的拔除,手术患者使用β受体阻断药的追加给药,静脉血栓的预防.%This paper introduces the Surgical Care Improvement Project(SCIP) in USA. In year 2006,SCIP was started by a national quality partnership of organizations committed to improving the safety of surgical care through the reduction of postoperative complications. The ultimate goal of SCIP is to reduce the incidence of surgical complications by 25 percent by year 2010. The main contents of SCIP are preventive use of antibiotics for surgical patients,control of blood glucose,control of postoperative body temperature,proper skin preparation,removal of indwelling catheter,use of β-blocker and prevention of venous thrombus.
