12例比目鱼肌肌瓣桥式移植修复对侧小腿软组织缺损的护理

摘要

总结了12倒应用肢体比目鱼肌肌瓣桥式移植修复对倒小腿软组织缺损的护理.术后加强体位管理,患者下肢制动,密切观察移植肌瓣的血液循环、血管蒂颜色,配合医生进行断蒂训练.患者肢体功能基本恢复,受区皮瓣外形良好,健肢供区愈合满意.%This paper summarizes the nursing care of 12 patients with soft tissue defect of contralateral leg repaired by soleus muscle flap bridge transplantation. The nursing measures focus on strengthening the postoperative postural management of patients with lower limb fixed,close observation of the blood circulation of the transplanted muscle flap and color of the vascular pedicle,assisting the doctor with ligation of the vascular pedicles. The patients' injured limbs' functions were recovered with the flap in good shape,and the contralateral limbs healed well.
