复方苦参注射液联合化疗对晚期肺腺癌患者免疫功能和癌胚抗原的影响

摘要

Objective; To evaluate the effect of Compound kushen injection plus chemotherapy on the immune function and CEA in patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma. Methods; Fifty cases of advanced lung adenocarcinoma were randomly divided into treatment group (Compound kushen injection plus chemotherapy) and control group ( chemotherapy). The control group ( 24 cases) received chemotherapy of paclitaxel and cisplatin; the treatment group received the same chemotherapy and Compound kushen injection ( 15 mL·d , d 1 ~ 14) . One cycle was 21 days, and one course included two cycles in both groups. Results; After therapy, the percentages of CD4+ T lymphocytes in the treatment group and control group were (39.7 ±1.7)% and (31.5 ±1.4)% ; the percentages of CD8+ T lymphocytes in the treatment group and control group were (27. 8 ±1.3)% and (24. 3 ± 1.6)% (P <0. 001 ), respectively. The value of CEA after therapy (3. 28 ± 2. 13) ng·mL-1 was significantly lower than that before therapy ( 21. 32 ± 1. 35 ) ng · mL -1 in the treatment group ( P < 0. 001 ) . The values of CEA in the control group before therapy and after therapy were (20.35 ±1.43) and (12.87 ±3.41) ng·mL-1 respectively, without significant difference. Conclusion; Compound kushen injection plus chemotherapy can improve the immune function and reduce the level of CEA in the patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma.%目的:评价复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期肺腺癌的免疫功能、肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)的作用.方法:将50例中晚期肺腺癌患者随机分为治疗组(复方苦参注射液+化疗组)和对照组(化疗组).对照组应用紫杉醇、顺铂联合化疗,治疗组同时加用复方苦参注射液15 mL·d-1,静滴,连用14d,21d为1个周期,2个周期为一疗程.结果:治疗后治疗组和对照组的CD4阳性T淋巴细胞的百分值(CD4+)分别为(39.7±1.7)％和(31.5±1.4)％,CD8阳性T淋巴细胞的百分值(CD8+)分别为(27.8±1.3)％和(24.3±1.6)％,治疗组高于对照组(P ＜0.001).治疗组治疗前后CEA值为(21.32±1.35)和(3.28±2.13) ng·mL-1,前后对比差异有显著性(P ＜0.001).对照组治疗前后CEA的数值为(20.35±1.43)和(12.87±3.41) ng·mL-1,治疗前后对比差异无显著性.结论:复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期肺腺癌有提高免疫功能以及降低CEA值的作用.
