金钗石斛的化学成分和药理作用研究现状

摘要

金钗石斛为常见传统中药,药用历史悠久.目前,国内外研究学者对金钗石斛进行了广泛深入的研究.通过系统查阅国内外期刊、数据库,总结归纳了金钗石斛已报道的化学成分和药理作用.其化学成分按照其结构类型可分为:生物碱类、糖苷类、菲类和联苄类等,金钗石斛的化学成分种类繁多,其中石斛碱是其特征性成分;金钗石斛药理作用主要表现在抗肿瘤、降血糖以及对神经系统保护作用等方面.本文对迄今为止金钗石斛的化学成分和药理作用进行全面综述,为该药材的药物开发、临床应用提供科学依据.%Dendrobium nobile as a common traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of medicinal application.At present,domestic and international scholars have conducted extensive and thorough research on Dendrobium nobile.Through systematic searching of domestic and foreign journals and databases,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Dendrobium nobile were summarized.According to structural types,its chemical constituents can be classified as alkaloids,glycosides,phenanthrenes and bibenzils etc.There are many kinds of chemical constituents in Dendrobium nobile,among which dendrobine is the characteristic one.The pharmacological effects of Dendrobium nobile are mainly manifested as anticancer,hypoglycemic and neurological protective actions and so on.The purpose of this article is to provide scientific basis for development and clinical application of Dendrobium nobile.
