苯基吡拉西坦的合成

摘要

目的:对苯基吡拉西坦的合成方法进行研究.方法:以肉桂酸乙酯为起始原料,经加成、还原、烷基化、氨解,得苯基吡拉西坦.结果:反应收率最高可达40.4％,产品质量合格.结论:该制备方法缩短了合成步骤,简化了操作,提高了产品收率,为神经系统用药苯基吡拉西坦的制备提供了新方法.%Objective:To investigate the synthetic technology of phenylpiracetam.Methods:The target compound was synthesized through addition,reduction,alkylation,and ammonolysis from ethyl cinnamate.Results:The reaction yield was up to 40.4％,and the product quality was qualified.Conclusion:This synthetic method has several advantages,such as reduced reaction steps,convenient operation,and the higher yield.It is a new method for the preparation of phenylpiracetam,a central nervous system drug.
