MiR－3182在鼻咽癌中的表达及其与远处转移和预后关系的研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression patterns and the significances of distant metastasis and prognosis of MiR-3182 innasopharygeal carcinoma ( NPC) .Methods The expressions of MiR-3182 in 89 cases with nasopharygeal carcinoma were detected by real time RT-PCR.The relation between the expression and distant metas-tasis of NPC and its prognosis were analyzed .Results The expressions of MiR-3182 were found in all of the tissues of nasopharygeal carcinoma .The expression level of MiR-3182 in nasopharygeal carcinoma in the group with distant metastasis was significantly higher than that in the group without distant metastasis ( P<0.01 ) .The expression of MiR-3182 in the group with DFS <3 years was significantly higher than that in the group with DFS≥3 years ( P<0.01 ) .Conclusion MiR-3182 may play a key role in distant metastasis of nasopharygeal carcinoma and is associat -ed with poor prognosis .%目的：探讨MiR－3182在鼻咽癌中的表达及与远处转移的关系。方法用实时荧光定量RT－PCR方法检测89例鼻咽未分化非角化性癌（鼻咽癌）组织中MiR－3182的表达情况，分析其表达强度与远处转移和预后的关系。结果鼻咽癌组织表达MiR－3182，其表达强度，有远处转移者明显高于无转移者（ P＜0．01），无瘤生存期（DFS）＜3年者明显高于DFS≥3年者（P＜0．01）。结论 MiR－3182在鼻咽癌远处转移过程中可能起重要作用，并对预后有一定的影响，其相关分子机制有待进一步研究。
