类糜蛋白酶在肝脏纤维化中的作用

类糜蛋白酶是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶,主要由肥大细胞分泌.其生物学作用多样.越来越多研究证实类糜蛋白酶与肝脏纤维化密切相关.本文就类糜蛋白酶的结构和分布特点、生物学效应及其与肝脏纤维化的密切关系的研究进展作一概述.%Chymase, as a serine protease, is mainly secreted by mast cells. It has multiple biological effects and is invloved in a variety of human diseases. Numerous studies indicated that chymase plays an important role in the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis. In this paper, we reviewed its structure, distribution characteristics, biological effects, and its close relationship with liver fibrosis, so as to understand its roles in the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis.
