近10年国内外血液透析护理研究现状的可视化分析

摘要

Objective To understand and explore the status quo, hotspots and trends of hemodialysis care research at home and abroad over the past 10 years and to provide a theoretical basis for China's hemodialysis care research.Methods The literatures on hemodialysis care published at home and abroad from 2008 to 2017 were selected from Web of Science, CNKI and Wanfang databases. The number, regional distribution, status quo and hotspots of the publications over the past 10 years were analyzed with CiteSpaceV. Results The number of publications on hemodialysis care abroad from 2008 and 2017 grew sustainably, while there were less papers on core journals at home and no significant changes were found in the number. The US took the leading role in hemodialysis care globally, with the most articles. Most of the papers published at home were attributed to nursing schools, and Guangdong Province preponderated significantly in the number. Hot topics abroad included outcome, vascular access, complication and humanistic psychology. Hot topics at home were similar to the ones abroad and mainly included quality care and training. Both researchers at home and abroad paid attention to evidence-based nursing. The research fronts abroad were psychological experience and formulation of standards, while the researchers at home focus on self-efficacy.Conclusions Compared with the research abroad, there is still room for the development of hemodialysis care research in China. We deepen our research by referring to hot topics and research fronts abroad as well as China's local situations and find that the major directions for China's hemodialysis care research is outcome, children, humanity, self-efficacy and training.%目的 把握和探索近10年国内外血液透析护理研究的现状、热点及发展趋势,为我国血液透析护理研究提供理论指导与依据.方法 以Web of Science数据库与CNKI、万方数据库中2008—2017年国内外血液透析护理相关文献为数据来源,利用CiteSpaceV可视化分析软件,分析近10年国内外血液透析护理的发文数量、地域分布、研究现状及热点.结果 2008—2017年国外血液透析护理相关文献数量持续增长,国内核心期刊发文量较少且波动不大;美国占据全球血液透析护理研究主导地位,发文量最多,国内主要发文机构集中于高校护理学院,广东省发文量占显著优势;国外研究热点围绕结局、血管通路、并发症和人文心理等展开;国内热点与国外相似,重视优质护理和人才培养,国内外均关注循证护理;国外近年研究前沿为心理体验和规范标准的制定,国内关注自我效能.结论 与国外相比,我国血液透析护理领域研究尚存发展空间,借鉴国外研究热点与前沿的同时结合中国国情开展深入研究,探索出我国血液透析护理的重点研究方向是结局、儿童、人文和自我效能、人才培养.
