目的 观察护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者出院后肢体功能恢复及日常生活能力的影响.方法 对120例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组60例.两组住院期间均接受常规医疗护理,出院后,对照组按常规定期复查,实验组由责任护士以电话随访和定期复诊指导相结合的形式进行护理干预.比较干预前后两组患者瘫痪肢体的运动功能及生活自理能力.结果 护理干预后,两组患者的Brunnsrom分级、Fugl-Meyer积分和Barthel积分均有改善,但实验组患者的指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义.结论 护理干预可以促进脑卒中偏瘫患者出院后肢体运动功能的改善,增强日常生活能力,降低致残率,提高患者生活质量.%Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on the function recovery of the paralytic limb and the activity of daily living in discharged hemiplegic patients with stroke. Methods A total of 120 discharged hemiplegic patients with stroke were divided into the experiment group and control group randomly. Both groups received routine medical treatment and nursing care during in hospital. After discharged, patients in the control group received conventional interview regularly, while patients in the experiment group received the nursing intervention that carried out with the way of regular interview or telephone survey. The function recovery of the paralytic limb and the activity of daily living were evaluated before and after nursing intervention. Results There was improvement of the Brunnsrom grades, Fugl-Meyer accumulated points and Barthel points in both groups, but the indexes of the experiment group improved more obviously, and the differences were statically significant. Conclusions Nursing intervention can accelerate the function recovery of the paralytic limb, enhance the activity of daily living, and improve patients quality of life.
