成人护理课程实训项目驱动教学对高职护生核心能力的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of adult nursing training program on the core competence of nursing students.Methods Nursing students in Grade Two of Class 2013, Suzhou Vocational Health College were selected, 102 of them as the experimental group, and 105 as the control group. The adult nursing practical course of control group applied the conventional teaching, while the experimental group used the project driven teaching method. The core competencies of the two groups were compared between the two groups with the nurses′core competence scale.Results After intervention, practice examination scores of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group( P<0.01) . Before intervention, the total score and the dimensional score of two groups had no difference ( P>0. 05); after intervention, the total score, critical thinking and scientific research ability, legal and ethical practice, interpersonal relationship, clinical care, leadership, education and counseling were higher of the experimental group than those of the control group( P<0.05) . Two groups of nursing students in professional development had no statistically difference in the score(P>0.05).Conclusions Project driven teaching is conducive to improve the core competence of nursing students,and help them initially have a strong ability of self-learning, actual problem-solving and leadership.%目的:探讨成人护理课程实训项目驱动教学对高职护生核心能力的影响。方法选取苏州卫生职业技术学院2013级护理专业二年级护理专业学生102人作为实验组,105人作为对照组。对照组成人护理课程实训课采用常规教学,实验组采用项目驱动教学。采用护士核心能力量表对两组学生进行调查,比较两组护生核心能力的差异。结果干预后,实验组的实践考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预前,两组护生核心能力总分及各维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,实验组的核心能力总分、评判性思维与科研能力、法律与伦理实践、人际关系、临床护理、领导能力、教育与咨询得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组护生在专业发展方面得分的差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论项目驱动教学有利于提高护生的护士核心能力,使学生初步具备较强的自我学习和解决实际护理问题以及领导能力等。
