急诊护士经历危重患者院内转运期间突发呼吸心跳骤停事件的质性研究

摘要

Objective To explore the relationship between perceptions and responses of the emergency nurses to their experiences of critical patients′sudden cardiopulmonary arrest during intra-hospital transport,and to provide evidences for support interventions.Methods This semi-structured qualitative study investigated eight emergency nurses from grade three class A hospital.The participants were in-depth interviewed and the data were analyzed using content analysis method.Results The perception and response of the nurses were two key themes and contained eight and three concepts respectively.Moreover,the perception and response were interactive and had virtuous circle.Conclusions The perception and response of the nurses are different over time and the related support should be provided to improve the virtuous circle.%目的：探讨急诊护士经历危重患者院内转运期间突发呼吸心跳骤停事件时的内心真实感受和行为表现，分析两者之间的关系，为护理管理者实施相关支持措施提供真实依据。方法采用质性研究方法，以半结构式的开放性访谈问卷对8名三级甲等医院急诊护士进行个体化的深入访谈，使用定性资料的内容分析法进行资料分析。结果对收集到的资料进行分析后，提炼出2个主题：当事护士的内心感受和行为表现，每个主题又进一步分别提炼出8个和3个概念。2个主题之间相互影响，并可形成良性循环。结论突发事件发生在不同时段，护士的内心感受不同，应理解其不同的行为表现，并给予必要的相应支持，促进行为表现的良性循环。
