普外科新入职护士的专业化培训方案的设计及应用效果

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of professional training program on new nurses in the department of general surgery. Methods Professional training was conducted to 46 new nurses in general surgery department. New nurses received training in professional knowledge, emergency ability, nursing skills and equipment operation by new and old nurse one-to-one mentoring scheme, department centralized training at regular intervals and scenarios simulation. Assessment was conducted after training along with evaluating the training effect. Results New nurses' ability of disease observation, emergency coordination and first aid was significantly improved before and after the training (t= -5. 26, -4. 57, -7. 62;P<0. 01). After training, the theoretical knowledge and operational skills were all improved. There were statistically significant differences in that two sides before and after the training (t= -6. 45, -5. 40;P <0. 01). Conclusions Professional training program in general surgery department can effectively regulate the training process and promote personnel training. It is also the necessary part of clinical nursing teaching.%目的 探讨普外科新入职护士的专业化培训方案与培训效果.方法 对46名普外科新入职护士进行专业化培训,采用新老护士一对一传帮带、科室定期集中培训、情景模拟的方法 对新入职护士的专业知识、应急能力、护理技能及设备操作等进行培训,培训后进行考核,并对培训效果进行评价.结果 通过1年的专业化培训,新入职护士在病情观察能力、应急配合能力及急救动手能力得到显著提高,培训前后差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-5.26,-4.57,-7.62;P<0.01);培训后护士的技能操作水平明显得到提升,理论知识掌握较培训前更为牢固,理论知识及操作技能在培训前后差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-6.45,-5.40;P<0.01).结论 普外科专业化的培训方案可有效地规范培训流程,有利于促进普外科护理人才培养,是临床护理教学必不可少的部分.
