一例以短暂性脑缺血发作为首发症状的可逆性胼胝体压部病变综合征患者的护理

摘要

To report the nursing care of a case of patient with reversible splential lesion syndrome (RESLES) who has transient ischemic attack as the initial symptom. The examination revealed that the patient was secondary to viral encephalitis. The nursing points included the observation of the condition of RESLES, the safety nursing of transient ischemic attack and the nursing of viral encephalitis. Through active treatment and effective nursing,the patient′s symptoms were relieved obviously and the patient was discharged.%报道1例可逆性胼胝体压部病变综合征患者的护理,患者以短暂性脑缺血发作为首发症状,经检查发现患者继发于病毒性脑炎,护理重点包括可逆性胼胝体压部病变综合征的病情观察,短暂性脑缺血发作的安全护理和针对原发疾病即病毒性脑炎的护理.通过积极的治疗和有效的护理,患者症状缓解,病情好转出院.
