奥美沙坦治疗老年轻中度原发性高血压患者的效果及安全性研究

摘要

目的：研究奥美沙坦治疗老年轻中度原发性高血压患者的效果及安全性。方法70例老年轻中度高血压患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，各35例。对照组采取普通治疗措施，试验组采用奥美沙坦治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效和安全性。结果试验组总有效率为97.14%，高于对照组的82.86%(P<0.05)；试验组肌酐、谷丙转氨酶、血小板指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用奥美沙坦治疗老年轻中度原发性高血压临床效果显著，安全性高，值得临床推广。%ObjectiveTo research effect and safety by olmesartan in the treatment of senile mild-moderate primary hypertension patients.MethodsA total of 70 senile mild-moderate primary hypertension patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy measures, and the experimental group received olmesartan for treatment. Clinical effects and safety were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe experimental group had higher total effective rate as 97.14% than 82.86% of the control group (P<0.05). The experimental group also had better creatinine, alanine transaminase and blood platelet levels than those in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionImplement of olmesartan shows precisely clinical effect and high safety in treating senile mild-moderate primary hypertension. It is worth clinical promotion.
