颅内巨大骨化性纤维黏液瘤1例报告并文献复习

摘要

Objective To analyze the pathogenesis, clinical features, pathomorphological features and key points of the microsurgical treatment of the intracranial ossifying fibromyxoid tumor (OFT). Methods Clinical data of 1 patient with rare giant intracranial OFT were analyzed. The lesion was removed by modified pterional approach. And the literatures on the disease were reviewed. Results The tumor was subtotally removed and the pathological diagnosis was OFT. The patient received Cyberknife treatment 1 month after surgery and recovered well after 5 months of follow-up period. Conclusions Microsurgery is the first choice for intracranial OFT, and the blood vessels and nerves of the skull base must be protected carefully. The long-term outcome needs further follow-up observation.%目的：分析颅内骨化性纤维黏液瘤(OFT)的发病机制、临床特点、病理形态学特点和外科手术的要点。方法回顾性分析1例罕见的颅内巨大 OFT 病人的临床资料，经改良翼点入路手术切除。并对该病进行文献复习。结果肿瘤次全切除，病理检查诊断为 OFT。术后1个月采用射波刀治疗，随访5个月，病人恢复良好。结论外科手术是治疗颅内 OFT 的首选方法，术中注意保护颅底血管和神经。远期效果还需进一步随访观察。
