DNA-PKcs在胶质母细胞瘤的表达及意义

摘要

Objective To study the expression of DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit (DNA-PKcs) in glioblastoma,and explore the relationship between DNA-PKcs and Ki-67 and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of DNA-PKcs and Ki-67 in glioblastoma tumor tissue was detected by immunohistochemical SP method,and combined with the clinical and prognostic data for statistical analysis in 30 patients.Results ①DNA-PKcs and Ki-67 were expressed in glioblastoma tumor tissues of all the 30 patients.②Expression of DNA-PKcs was negatively correlated with the survival time (r=-0.915,P＜ 0.05),the survival time was shorter in the strong positive expression group than in the weak positive group,the survival rate was lower than the weak positive group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜ 0.05).③The expression of DNA-PKcs was positively correlated with the expression of Ki-67 in glioblastoma (r=0.832,P＜ 0.05).④There is no statistical difference in expression level between different ages,genders,tumor sizes (P＞ 0.05).Conclusion DNA-PKcs is of great significance for the clinical treatment and prognosis ofglioblastoma patients.%目的 研究胶质母细胞瘤DNA依赖蛋白激酶催化亚基(DNA-PKcs)的表达,探讨其与Ki-67的相互关系及临床意义.方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测30例胶质母细胞瘤病人瘤组织中DNA-PKcs及Ki-67表达情况,并结合病人临床及预后资料进行统计分析.结果 ①30例胶质母细胞瘤病人瘤组织中,均有DNA-PKcs与Ki-67表达.②DNA-PKcs表达与生存期呈负相关(r=-0.915,P＜0.05),强阳性组生存期短于弱阳性组,生存率低于弱阳性组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).③DNA-PKcs表达与Ki-67表达呈正相关(r=0.832,P＜0.05).④DNA-PKcs表达高低在不同年龄、性别、肿块大小的胶质母细胞瘤病人中差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 在胶质母细胞瘤病人中,DNA-PKcs对病人临床治疗及预后预测具有重要意义.
