Objective: To study the effect on restoration of limb functions undergoing ischialtuberosity bearing braces and functional training after internal fixation treatment of elderly patients with femoral interoch ant eric fracture.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 92 elderly patients with femoral interoch ant eric fracture received internal fixation treatment from January 2008 to December 2010, experimental group was received ischialtuberosity bearing braces and functional training, which was compared with control group received only functional training, the effect on restoration of limb functions was evaluated. Results: Harris Hip Joint Function Scale was used to assess the joint function. 1 month and 3 month excellent ratio of experimental group were significant higher than control group(P<0.05),and morbidity ratio lower than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Early receiving ischialtuberosity bearing braces and functional training, could promote rehabilitation of joint function of elderly patients with femoral interoch an teric fracture.%目的:探讨早期应用坐骨结节承重支具辅助功能锻炼对老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术后的肢体功能恢复的影响.方法:回顾性分析2008年1月～2010年12月我院92例老年股骨粗降间骨折内固定术后患者,实验组早期应用坐骨结节承重支具进行下地功能锻炼,并以常规功能性康复训练作对照评价其对术后肢体功能恢复的影响.结果:按Harris髋关节功能评分,实验组患者术后1个月,3个月优良率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(p<0.05).结论:早期应用坐骨结节承重支具辅助功能锻炼,有利于老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者髋关节功能及日常活动能力的良好恢复,井提高患者的生活能力及生存质量.
