目的:通过对处方对评价提高我院用药安全.方法:抽取我院2009年门诊处方,按每月随机抽出100张,根据<处方管理办法>对规定要求,按项目挑选出不合格处方进行归类.结果:经统计分析,填写评价处方表并上报发现的问题,提出处方改进建议,提高医师处方质量.结论:通过处方评价点评工作,使医师意识到处方的书写不规范,给用药安全带来很多隐患.建立处方的点评制度,规范处方书写,提高处方质量,防止差错,促进合理用药,保障用药安全.%Objective:Through a prescription for the safety of medication use of our hospital tremendously.
