复方阿嗪米特、枯草杆菌、肠球菌二联活菌多维颗粒联合治疗婴幼儿症状性腹泻疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of compound azintamide and Medliac-Vita on infant with symptom diarrhoea.Methods:220 paediatric cases, suffering from symptom diarrhoea wree chosen and randomly divided into two groups, 110 cases treatment group were treated by the primary affection adding compound azintamide and Medliac-Vita and 110 cases control group which were treated by the primary affection adding Medliac-Vita only.Results:The treatment group cure rate is 74.5％,efficient rate is 100％,The control group cure rate is 44.5％efficient rate is 86.6％ .x2=34.3,P＜0.01,The differences between the two methods were significant in statistics.Conclusion:Compound azintamide and Medliac-Vita is effective and safe .It's worth to promote it.%目的:观察复方阿嗪米特、枯草杆菌、肠球菌二联活菌多维颗粒剂(妈咪爱)联合治疗婴幼儿症状性腹泻的临床效果.方法:220 例症状性腹泻患儿随机分为两组,治疗组在治疗原发病的基础上加用复方阿嗪米特和妈咪爱同时服用,而对照组在治疗原发病的基础上只加用妈咪爱治疗.结果:治疗组治愈率74.5%,总有效率为100%,对照组治愈率44.5%,总有效率86.3%.χ2=34.3,P<0.01,差异有极显著意义.结论:复方阿嗪米特、妈咪爱联合治疗婴幼儿症状性腹泻安全、有效.值得临床中应用推广.
