Boomerang血管封堵器和手法压迫止血效果的比较

摘要

目的:比较Boomerang血管封堵器和传统手法压迫对股动脉穿刺点的止血效果和患者舒适程度的区别.方法:接受冠状动脉介入治疗的患者248例分为Boomerang血管封堵器组(第1组,108例)和传统手法压迫组(第2组,140例),记录并比较两组患者的卧床制动时间、不适症状的发生率及并发症发生率.结果:两组患者止血效果相似,第1组的卧床制动时间显著缩短,不适症状发生率较低,优于2组(P<0.05).结论:Boomerang血管封堵器止血效果确切,可提高患者的舒适程度.%Objective:To compare the hemostasis effects of Boomerang vascular closure system and hand compression.Methods:248 patients who received coronary angiography and/or percutanous transluminal coronary angioplasty were divided to 2 group,the patients of group 1(108 patients) were Used Boomerang vascular closure system,the patients of group 2(140 patients) were Used hand compression.To record and compare bed-time,the incidence of discomfortable symptom and the incidence of complication of femeral artery between 2 groups.Results:The bed-time of group 1 significant less than group 2[(4.2±3.1) hours vs(25.8±5.2)hours,P＜0.01],the incidence of discomfortable symptom in group 1 significant less than group 2.Conclusions:Hemostasis effect of Boomerang vascular closure system is definitive.
