复方帕吉林片治疗高血压103例临床观察

摘要

目的:观察复方帕吉林片治疗高血压临床效果.方法:患者口服复方帕吉林片,(2～3)次/d,1次(1～2)片,疗程14d.结果:103例高血压患者经复方帕占林片治疗14d后,显效67例(65.05%),有效27例(26.21%),无效9例(8.74%),总有效率达:91.26%(94/103).血压值与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:复方帕吉林片对高血压降压疗效好,且无不良反应.%Objective:It is to observe the clinical effect of Compoud pargyline tablets on hypertension patients.Methods:patients taken Compoud pargyline tablets 1-2 tablets each time and twice or triple a day.Results:The courses of treatment of the patients was two weeks.Markedly improvement 67(65.05％),effective 27(26.21％), ineffectiveness9(8.74％),total effective rate 91.26％(94/103).Compare blood pressure value was significant difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Compoud pargyline tablets can significantly bring high blood pressure down,and ADR not found.
