丙种球蛋白治疗重症药疹的疗效分析

摘要

Objective: To investigate the curative effect of intravenous gammaglobulin in combination with medron on severe drug eruption.Methods: The 36 patients were randomly divided into observational group and control group, 18 patients in each group.The control group was treated by medron,and the observational group was treated by gammaglobulin in combination with medron.The effective time,total effectiveness and side effects were observed in two groups.Results: The observational group was better than the control group in the effective time and shortening the time of therapy obviously(P＜0.05), total effectiveness in the observational group was berrer than that in the control group afer 3 days(P＜0.05).There was no difference on side effects in two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion: Intravenous gammaglobulin in combination with medron has good effect on severe drug eruption, and shorten the course of disease.%目的:探讨静脉注射丙种球蛋白联合甲基强的松龙治疗重症药疹的临床效果.方法:2008年2月至2010年5月36例重症药疹患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组18例.对照组采用大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击疗法,观察组则采用丙种球蛋白联合甲基强的松龙疗方法.观察两组患者治疗后起效时间、总体疗效以及不良反应.结果:观察组治疗重症药疹起效快,平均缓解时间明显少于对照组,P＜0.05,治疗3天后,总体疗效也明显优于对照组,P＜0.05.两组患者治疗后不良反应无统计学差异,P＞0.05.结论:丙种球蛋白联合甲基强的松龙治疗重症药疹疗效确切可靠,缩短疗程.
