输液室病人药物过敏性休克的抢救及护理

Objective:The goal enhances the medicine result allergic shock the rescue success ratio.Methods:Review analyzes 68 example medicine allergic shock patient who my courtyard outpatient service in January, 2004 from to September, 2011 occurs to administer first aid the nursing process.Results:65 examples rescue do not have the sequela successfully, 3 example deaths. Conclusion:Enhances this sickness rescue success ratio to have to enhance the nurse has the allergic shock after the allergic shock understanding and the skilled grasping first aid method positive initiative doctor to race against time carries on the rescue. Promptly carries out the doctor's advice correctly, maintains the respiratory tract unobstructedly rescues the successful key.%目的:提高药物所致过敏性休克的抢救成功率.方法:回顾性分析我院门诊2004年1月～2011年9月间发生的68例药物过敏性休克患者急救护理过程.结果:65例抢救成功无后遗症,3例死亡.结论:提高本症的抢救成功率必须提高护士对过敏性休克的认识和熟练掌握急救方法,出现过敏性休克后积极主动配合医生争分夺秒地进行抢救.正确及时地执行医嘱,保持呼吸道通畅是抢救成功的关键.
