盐酸米诺环素联合氢氧化钙治疗窦道型根尖周炎临床疗效评价

摘要

目的:评价盐酸米诺环素(派丽奥)联合氢氧化钙对窦道型根尖周炎治疗的临床效果.方法:随机将110例窦道型根尖周炎患者分为两组,对照组(55例)予以生理盐水调和氢氧化钙成糊剂治疗,研究组(55例)予以派丽奥调和氢氧化钙成糊剂治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果:观察组及对照组窦道平均闭合时间分别为(6.8±0.4)d、(9.5±1.7)d,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组及对照组平均就诊次数分别为(1.4±0.7)、(3.1±0.4),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组及对照组总有效率分别为94.55%、70.91%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:派丽奥联合氢氧化钙治疗窦道型根尖周炎临床效果显著,能有效缩短窦道闭合时间、减少患者就诊次数.%Objective:In order to evaluate the curative effect of the periocline and calvital in periapical periodontitis of deciduous molar.Methods:Divided 110 patients with periapical periodontitis of deciduous molar into two groups at random,The contrast group with 55 patients were treated with calvital and normal saline,while the tested group with 55 patients were treated with periocline and calvital. Conpared the curative effect of two groups.Results:The average closing time of fistula of the tested group and the contrast group were (6.8 ± 0.4)d and(9.5 ± 1.7)d, respectively,there were difference between the performance(P<0.05).The average number of visits to the tested group and the contrast group were(1.4 ± 0.7), (3.1 ± 0.4),respectively,there were difference between the performance(P<0.05).The effective rate to the tested group and the contrast group were 94.55%, 70.91%,respectively,there were difference between the performance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Using periocline and calvital in the treatment of t periapical periodontitis of deciduous molar,has significant effect and can reduce the average number of visits,shorten the closing time of fistula.
