探析开放手术中保留肾单位术式治疗肾癌的临床价值

摘要

Objective:To compare the curative effect of Nephron-sparing surgery in the open operation and the radical nephrectomy in patients with renal cell carcinoma.Methods:64 patients with renal cell carcinoma were divided into 2 groups by random. The control group (n=32) took the radical nephrectomy. The observe group (n=32) took the Nephron-sparing surgery. The duration of operation, blood loss, neoplasm recurrence were recorded and analyzed.Results:There were no significant differences between the two groups in the duration of operation (P>0.05). The blood loss of the observe group was much less than the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups in the neoplasm recurrence and the mortality (P>0.05).Conclusion :Nephron-sparing surgery is a safe and effective treatment for renal cell carcinoma patients in the open operation.%目的:通过比较开放手术中保留肾单位术式(NSS)与根治性肾切除术式(RN)治疗肾癌的疗效,探析保留肾单位术式的临床应用价值.方法:收集64例肾癌患者的临床诊治资料进行回顾性分析,对照组(n=32)采用根治性肾切除术式治疗,观察组(n=32)采用保留肾单位术式治疗,对比临床疗效及远期效果.结果:对照组与观察组的手术时间无显著性差异(P>0.05),观察组患者的术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组患者的肿瘤复发率、死亡率均无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:在需要进行开放手术治疗的肾癌患者中,保留肾单位术式治疗肾癌效果满意,具有降低术中出血量、肿瘤术后复发率低、死亡率低的优点.
