三乙醇胺乳膏防治乳腺癌放射性皮肤损伤的临床观察

摘要

目的:观察三乙醇胺乳膏在乳腺癌患者放射性皮肤损伤的预防及治疗效果.方法:56 例乳腺患者随机分为2组,每组28 例,对照组采用常规护理方法,治疗组除采用常规护理方法之外,放射期间照射区外涂三乙醇胺乳膏.结果:对照组急性放射性皮肤损伤的出现时间也早于治疗组,损伤的严重程度也明显高于治疗组.结论:三乙醇胺乳膏能有效地降低乳腺癌放疗患者放射性皮肤损伤的程度,适于在乳腺癌患者放疗护理中应用.%Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of trolamine cream in the prevention and treatment of acute radioactive dermititis in patients with breast cancer .Methods: Trolamine cream was used in patients for prevention and tratment of acute radiation dermatitis, among which 28cases in the treatment group and 28cases in the control group.Results:The acute radiation dermatitis occurs earlier in the control group than in the treatment group,and the dermatitis is more serious in the control group than in the treatment group.Con elusion: Trolamine cream can prevent acute radiation response in skin in breast cancer patients after modified mastectomy,and can postpone the occurrence of acute radiation dermatitis
