Objective:To observe the effects of administrating aztreonam short-period to treat the female acute lower urinary tract infection in urologic outpatients.Methods:Two hundred and thirty-six female outpatients with obvious bladder irritative symptoms, packed white blood cells per high power field in microscopic urinalysis were divided into four groups randomly and were intravenously infused with the aztreonam 1.0 gram or 1.5 gram which dissolved in 100 milliliter 0.9% sodium chloride, twice a day. The curative effects were evaluated after treating three days and six days. Results:In three-day period treatment groups, the cure rate was 81.36% in the aztreonam 1.0 gram group and 89.83% in the aztreonam 1.5 gram group, the difference was not statistical significance(P > 0.05). In six-day period treatment groups, the cure rate was 91.52% in the aztreonam 1.0 gram group and 94.91% in the aztreonam 1.5 gram group, the difference was not statistical significance(p>0.05). The total cure rate in three-day treatment groups was 85.59% and 93.22% in six-day treatment groups, the difference was not statistical significance(p>0.05). Conclusion:Aztreonam 1.0 gram, three-day period is enough to get a rather high cure rate in treating the female acute lower urinary tract infection in urologic outpatients. Low dose and short-period aztreonam administration is more reasonable in curing such female common urologic disease.%目的:观察门诊超短期使用氨曲南治疗女性急性下尿路感染的疗效.方法:选取门诊女性患者236例,均有明显的膀胱刺激症状,尿常规镜检:白细胞满视野/HPF,红细胞正常～满视野/HPF.随机分为4组,分别给予氨曲南1.0g或1.5g加入到100ml 0.9%NaCl中静脉滴注,2次/日,分别于治疗3d和6d后复查,评价疗效.结果:3天疗程,氨曲南1.0g组治愈率为81.36%,氨曲南1.5g组治愈率为89.83%,两组治愈率比较,p＞0.05,差异没有统计学意义.6天疗程,氨曲南1.0g组治愈率为91.52%,氨曲南1.5g组治愈率为94.91%,两组治愈率比较,p＞0.05,差异没有统计学意义.3天疗程总治愈率为85.59%,6天疗程总治愈率为93.22%,两组治愈率比较,p＞0.05,差异没有统计学意义.结论:单次剂量1.0g,3天超短期使用氨曲南治疗成年女性急性下尿路感染,治愈率高,安全性强,可作为门诊治疗此类疾患的选择之一.
