含铋剂四联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌感染的临床研究

摘要

Objective:To analyze the bismuth-containing quadruple therapy for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection in clinical treatment. Methods:Patients with Helicobacter pylori infection in our hospital were 120 cases. The patients were randomly divided into three groups, the control group using the standard three joint therapy, A group on the basis of the standard triple therapy adding bismuth therapy;B group also used the quadruple therapy, treatment options is a proton pump inhibitor, bismuth, amoxicillin amoxicillin and levofloxacin. Results:In the control group, A group and B group were effective rate of 87.8%, 94.5%and 95.9%. Control group and the other two groups of patients had significant difference compared (P<0.01);A group and B group compared two groups of patients there was no significant difference (P>0.01). HP eradication rate of the control group 80.3%, A group and B group were 94.2%and 97.1%. The control group compared with the other two groups of patients were significantly lower its eradication, there is a significant difference compared (P<0.01);A and group B patients compared the eradication rate of patients in group A than in group B patients to two set of contrast differences (P<0.01). Three groups of patients with adverse reactions and treatment adherence contrast there was no significant difference (P>0.01);Conclusion:The use of bismuth-containing quadruple therapy can effectively cure Helicobacter pylori and relatively safe medication, treatment compliance is relatively high.%目的：分析含铋剂四联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌感染的临床治疗。方法：选取我院幽门螺杆菌感染患者共120例。随机将患者分为三组,对照组采用标准3联疗法,A组在标准三联疗法基础上加入铋剂治疗；B组也是采用四联疗法,治疗方案为质子泵抑制剂,铋剂,阿莫西林和左氧氟沙星。结果：对照组,A组和B组患者的治疗有效率为87.8%,94.5%和95.9%。对照组和另外两组患者对比有显著性差异(P<0.01)；A组和B组两组患者对比没有显著性差异(P>0.01)。对照组的HP根除率为80.3%,A组和B组分别是94.2%和97.1%。对照组与另外两组患者对比其根除率均明显要低,对比有显著性差异(P<0.01)；A组和B组患者对比,则A组患者的根除率要低于B组患者,两组对比有差异(P<0.01)。三组患者的不良反应和治疗依从性对比没有显著性差异(P>0.01)。结论：采用含铋四联疗法能够有效根治幽门螺杆菌并且用药相对较安全,治疗依从性相对较高。
