冠心病患者与高尿酸血症的关系分析

摘要

目的：探析冠心病患者与高尿酸血症之间的关系。方法：82例冠心病的患者，进行血尿酸(UA)测定，再与非冠心病高尿酸血症患者90例对照组比较。结果：82例冠心病患者中，有69例血尿酸升高，与对照组比较有显著统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论：高尿酸血症可引发和加重冠心病，是冠心病的一个危险诱因，同时冠心病可以并发高尿酸血症，二者形成恶性循环。%Objective:To analyze the relations between coronary disease patients and hyperuricemia.Methods:82 patients of coronary disease, they were required to attend blood uric acid test and then compared with 90 hyperuricemia patients without coronary disease of control group.Results:Of the 82 coronary disease patients, 69 got a rise of their blood uric acid,and comparing with control group,there was statistical significance (P<0.001).Conclusion:Hyperuricemia can cause and aggravate coronary disease,being a dangerous factor to coronary disease;at the same time,coronary disease complicates with hyperuricemia,and both of them set up a vicious circle.
