牛黄解毒片的临床新应用研究

摘要

目的：研究牛黄解毒片在临床的新用途。方法：带状疱疹患者48例随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例。两组同时给予抗病毒，抗感染处理。皮疹处疼痛严重者，给予口服维生素B1。在此基础上，治疗组局部给予牛黄解毒片磨成粉状外部湿敷，以7d为一疗程。比较治疗1疗程后两组的疗效和不良反应。结果：治疗组治疗效果明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在治疗期间，均无发现严重不良反应。结论：牛黄解毒片用于外用治疗热象明显的皮肤病效果明显。%Objective:Analyzed the New Applications of Niuhuangjiedu In clinical . Both groups during the treatment period, no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The effect of Niuhuangjiedu was well in Treated skin diseases.
