BODE指数评估无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者疗效

摘要

目的：采用BODE指数评估无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疗效。方法：随机选择90例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者，分成两组：治疗组(无创呼吸机组)及对照组(常规治疗组)各45例，治疗组在对照组基础上采用无创机械通气。分别对治疗前及治疗后1周进行BDOE指数评分。结果：采用无创呼吸机治疗后BDOE指数与对照组治疗后比较，其指数值明显下降(P<0.05)。结论：BODE指数评分表明无创呼吸是治疗COPD急性加重期的一种有效治疗方法。%Objective:Body index assess the curative effect of noninvasive ventilation in acute exacerbations of COPD (AECOPD). Methods:90 AECOPD patients were randomly divided into two groups:45 patients as treatment group (noninvasive ventilation), and 45 patients as control group. Treatment group were treated by noninvasive ventilation. Body index assessment before treatment and after treatment 1 week. Results:Body index scores in the experiment group were lower compared with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:BODE index assessment demonstrates noninvasive ventilation is an effective method to treat p AECOPD.
