军队基层医院临床路径的建立及应用效果评价

摘要

Objective:Discussing the military substrate hospital establishment and application effect of clinical pathway. Methods:Selectting the division hospital patients for clinical path group at the same time,in addition to select another division hospital of simple inguinal hernia patients as control group from October 2009 to March 2012,Comparative observation of two days in the hospital, the average total cost of hospitalization and satisfaction. Results:The clinical pathway group compared with the control group, the average length of stay,total hospital costs were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);clinical pathway group patients satisfaction rate (92.56%) than the control group (72.31%) is increased by 20.25%(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Staff satisfaction rate (95.68%) than the control group (74.36%) is increased by 21.32%(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Clinical pathways in does not influence the treatment effect at the same time,reducing the medical treatment and nursing process in medical defect rate,shorten the length of hospital stay,reduced hospital costs, enhance patient and staff satisfaction%　　目的：探讨了军队基层医院临床路径的建立及其应用效果。方法：以2009年10月至2012年3月某师医院收治的患者为临床路径组，选取同时期另一师医院收治的单纯性腹股沟疝的患者为对照组，对比观察两组的住院天数、平均住院总费用以及满意度。结果：临床路径组与对照组相比，住院天数、平均住院总费用均显著降低，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；临床路径组患者的满意率(92.56％)较对照组(72.31％)提高了20.25％(P<0.05)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医护人员满意率(95.68％)较对照组(74.36％)提高了21.32％(P<0.05)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：临床路径在不影响治疗效果的同时，减少了诊疗护理过程中的医疗缺陷发生率，显著缩短了住院天数，降低了住院费用，提升了患者和医护人员满意度。
