Provided are a clinical path (CP) management server and a CP management system capable of requesting a second opinion (SO) and managing data without complicating the configuration. A request distribution unit (56), an SO acquisition request reception unit 58, a creation request issue unit (52), and an authority grant unit (53) are additionally provided for the CP management server. The request distribution unit (56) distributes the SO acquisition request and the access request to the CP. The SO acquisition request reception unit (58) receives an SO acquisition request from the patient terminal (14). The creation request issuing unit (52) issues an SO creation request to the SO doctor in charge of SO. The authority grant unit (53) grants editing authority to the CP of the patient who requested SO when issuing the creation request. The authority grant unit (53) grants editing authority by updating the authority management information stored in the authority management information storage unit 33.
