妊娠期高血压疾病患者脂联素与尿微量白蛋白的相关性

To investigate the changes of serum adiponectin and the correlation between serum adiponectin and microalbuminuria(MAU) in patients with hypertension disorders during gestation period.Methods:One hundred and ten subjects were included in this study,including 48 health controls and 62 patients with hypertension disorders in pregnancy,which included 24 patients with hypertension,20 with mild preeclampsia and 18 with severe preeclampsia.APN ,MAU were determined in foure groups.Results:The level of Adiponectin was lower in the hypertension group than that of control group(P<0.05).MAU was highter in the hypertension group than that of control group(P<0.05).The levels of adiponectin were decrease and MAU were increased as the disease become severer,there was significant differences ((P<0.05).Serum adiponectin level was negatively correlated with MAU(r=-0.45,P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum adiponectin plays an important role in the pathogenesis of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and it is closely related to MAU in hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.%目的：探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清脂联素(APN)与尿微量白蛋白的相关性。方法：正常对照组48例,妊娠期高血压疾病组62例,其中妊娠期高血压24例,轻度子痫前期20例,重度子痫前期18例。测定各组APN、尿微量白蛋白等。结果：妊娠期高血压疾病组APN水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),尿微量白蛋白明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。随着病情加重,APN逐渐减低,尿微量白蛋白逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清APN水平与MAU呈负相关(r=-0.45,P<0.05)。结论：血清APN参与了妊娠期高血压疾病的发生发展,并且与妊娠期高血压疾病患者微量白蛋白尿的发生密切相关。
