莲芪胶囊联合同步放化疗治疗中晚期食道癌的临床观察

摘要

目的：观察莲芪胶囊联合同步放化疗治疗中晚期食道癌的临床疗效。方法：选择2008年8月~2011年3月笔者所在医院收治的中晚期食道癌患者110例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各55例,两组患者均采用化放疗同步治疗,对照组加服平消胶囊,实验组加服莲芪胶囊。结果：近期疗效结果显示,实验组总有效率(CR+PR)高于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.14)。经治疗后两组卡氏评分较治疗前明显增高。其中两组治疗后卡氏评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P=0.039)。实验组1年生存率和2年生存率均显著高于对照组(P值分别为0.042,0.047)。结论：莲芪胶囊联合同步放化疗治疗中晚期食道癌,能有效提高临床疗效,改善患者生活质量,延长生存期。%To observe the clinical efficacy of Lianqi capsule combined with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:110 patients with advanced esophageal cancer in the hospital from August 2008 to March 2011 were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.55 cases in the control group were given concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy with additional Ping Xiao capsule;while the experimental group were given Lianqi capsule.Results:The short-term effect showed that,the total effective rate (CR+PR) of the test group was higher,but the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.14). Karnofsky scores of both groups were significantly higher after treatment,and were with statistically significant difference (P=0.039) after treatment.1-year and 2-year survival rates of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group (P=0.042,0.047 respectively).Conclusion:The therapy that Lianqi capsule combined with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in treatment with advanced esophageal cancer can improve the clinical efficacy effectively,improve quality of life and prolong survival time.
