半夏及不同炮制品中总游离有机酸含量比较

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the different processed products of Rhizoma Pinel iae and total free organic acid content, and compare and analysis. Methods:Using the potential back titration method, with succinate as the control object, the determination of the content of the crude and processed products of total free organic acid. Results:Through the corresponding determination, the three batch of crude and Rhizoma Pinel iae, Jiang Banxia free organic acid content, relative to the living goods Jiang Banxia and Rhizoma Pinel iae in free organic acid content increased, the 95.2%recoveries, the relative standard deviation (RSD). Conclusion:Through this study, the use of potential back titration method is simple and accurate, can be used as Pinel ia ternata and its processed products of Rhizoma Pinel iae and Pinel ia free method for determination of organic acids.%目的:探讨半夏和不同炮制品里总游离有机酸含量,并加以对比和分析。方法:使用电位反滴定法,我们选择的对照物为琥珀酸,用来测定炮制品和生品中包含的总游离有机酸的含量。结果:依据测定结果我们可以判断,三批中的生品以及清半夏和姜半夏中游离有机酸含量,相较于生品而言姜半夏与清半夏中游离有机酸含量有明显上升趋势,其有95.2%的加样回收率,相对标准偏差(RSD)。结论:通过本文的探讨比较,使用电位反滴定法比较简便且结果准确,这样我们可以得到一个游离有机酸测定的方法,用于测定半夏和其炮制品清半夏与姜半夏里游离有机酸。
