目的:探讨活血及利水中药对脑出血大鼠脑组织AQP4和PAR-1蛋白表达的相关性。方法:将160只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、活血组和利水组,每组40只,采用免疫组法测定AQP4和PAR-1蛋白表达。结果:APQ4和PAR-1表达假手术组较低,模型组表达1d明显提高,3d最为最高点,5d仍具有较高水平;活血组和利水组大鼠各时间点PAR-1表达与模型组相比下降,均有统计学意义(P<0.05);AQP4和PAR-1蛋白表达具有显著性正相关性。结论:活血及利水中药能改善脑出血大鼠脑组织水肿。%Objective: To investigate the relevance of AQP4 and PAR-1 protein expression of cerebral hemorrhage rat brain tissue treatmed by Chinese medicine Huoxue and Lishui. Methods:160 Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into the sham group, model group, activating blood circulation group and diuresis group(n=40), the AQP4 and PAR-1 protein expression by immunohistochemical were detected. Results:The APQ4 and PAR-1 expression among the groups were as follows:the value of sham group was lower and the model group expression improved significantly at the first day and the highest point appeared at the third day and which Continued into the fifth day.The PAR-1 expression of activating blood circulation group and diuresis group were lower than that of the model group(P<0 05).There was positive correlation between the AQP4 and PAR-1 protein expression. Conclusion:The Chinese medicine Huoxue and Lishui could improve the cerebral hemorrhage rat brain tissue.
