辛伐他汀联合非诺贝特对糖尿病高脂血症患者的降脂疗效

摘要

目的：探讨辛伐他汀联合非诺贝特治疗糖尿病高脂血症患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年4月~2013年4月期间我院收治的74例糖尿病高脂血症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各37例。对照组给予口服辛伐他汀治疗,观察组采用辛伐他汀联合非诺贝特治疗,比较两组患者降脂疗效及血脂指标变化。结果：观察组降脂总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；两组患者血脂指标与治疗前相比,均显著改善(P<0.05)；且观察组TC、TG及LDL-C水平显著低于对照组,HDL-C显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对糖尿病高脂血症患者应用辛伐他汀联合非诺贝特,降脂效果显著,全面改善各项血脂指标。%Objective:To investigate the simvastatin combined fenofibrate treatment the curative effect of diabetes patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods:74 patients were divided into two groups. Control group to give oral simvastatin therapy, observation group with simvastatin combined therapy with fenofibrate, lipid-lowering efficacy compared two groups of patients and blood lipids index changes. Results:The total effective rate lipid-lowering observation group is significantly higher than control group (P<0.05);Two groups of patients with blood lipid index compared with before treatment, were significantly improved (P<0.05);And the observation group TC, TG, LDL-C level was significantly lower than the control group, HDL-C is significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Application of simvastatin in patients with diabetes, hyperlipidemia combined fenofibrate, lipid-lowering effect is remarkable, and improve the blood lipid index.
