自由基清除剂联合早期系统康复训练对急性脑梗死患者运动功能的改善作用

         

摘要

目的:探讨自由基清除剂联合早期系统康复训练对急性脑梗死患者运动功能的改善作用。方法:选择本院收治的急性脑梗死患者120例,根据治疗训练不同分为两组,研究组60例患者给予依达拉奉治疗并早期系统康复训练,对照组60例给予常规治疗,并在医师指导自主训练,2周后评价两组患者神经功能缺损改善情况、生活能力改善情况,评价治疗效果。康复训练(1、3、6)个月后采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评价患者步行能力,采用MBI指数评定患者日常生活活动能力,采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)评价患者平衡功能。结果:治疗1周后,研究组神经功能缺损评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组与治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗2周后低于治疗前(P<0.05),两组治疗2周后神经功能缺损评分无显著差异(P<0.05),研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。两组训练前MBI、FMA、BBS评分差异无统计学意义,训练后研究组MBI、FMA、BBS评分均明显高于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:依达拉奉联合早期系统康复训练可有效改善脑梗死患者神经功能缺情况,改善患者步行能力、平衡能力及日常生活活动能力,早期系统康复应引起临床及患者重视。%Objective:To investigate the effect of free radical scavengers combined with early rehabilitation to improve motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients admitted to our hospital with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups according to therapy training, the 60 patients of study group were given edaravone and early system rehabilitation training, the 60 patients of control group were given conventional treatment, and the physician guide self-training, two weeks after the neurological deficits situation, the ability of life were observed and therapeutic effect were evaluated.1,3,and 6 months after rehabilitation, Fugl-Meyer motor function scale (FMA) was used to evaluate walking ability, MBI index assessment was used to evaluate activities of daily living, Berg Balance Scale (BBS) was used to evaluate balance function.Results:One week after treatment, neurological deficit scores of the study group was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), control group and treatment was no significant difference (P>0.05), after two weeks of treatment than before treatment (P<0.05) neurological deficit score difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) after 2 weeks of treatment. Study group total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Two groups before training MBI, FMA, BBS score difference was not statistically significant after training research group MBI, FMA, BBS score was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with early rehabilitation can effectively improve the function of the lack of nerve in patients with cerebral infarction, improve patient walking ability, balance, and activities of daily living, early rehabilitation should cause the emphasis on clinical and patient.
