急诊心肺复苏时间窗与复苏成功率和心功能恢复情况的相关性分析

Objective:To study the correlation between emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation time window and the success rate of resuscitation.Methods:cardiac arrest patients were collected and diveid into<1 min group, 1~3 min group, 3~6 min group, 6~8 min group and>8min group according to CPR time.Results:defibrillation success rate and heart function indexes showed (<1 min)>( group 1~3min)>( group 3~6min)>( group 6~8min)>(>8min) trend and had negative correlation with the defibrillation time.Conclusion:As the CRP time shorter, the resuscitation success rate is higher and cardiac function is better.%目的：研究急诊心肺复苏时间窗与复苏成功率和心功能恢复情况的相关性。方法：选择急诊收治的心脏骤停患者作为研究对象，根据心肺复苏的时间分为＜1 min组、1~3 min组、3~6 min组、6~8 min组和＞8 min组，观察复苏成功率、检测心功能指标。结果：复苏成功率以及心功能指标E峰、E/A值、LVEF、LVEDD均呈(＜1 min组)＞(1-3min组)＞(3-6min组)＞(6~8min组)＞(＞8min组)的趋势，且与除颤时间呈负相关关系。结论：急诊心肺复苏时间越短，除颤成功率越高、除颤后心功能越好。
