腹腔镜手术在小儿日间手术病房实施的探讨#

摘要

目的：探讨腹腔镜手术在小儿日间手术病房的实施模式，探讨相关手术流程。方法：回顾性分析2014年4月至2015年9月收治的680例（570例腹股沟疝，110例鞘膜积液）腹腔镜日间手术患儿，男590例，女90例，年龄3个月～8岁（平均5.1岁）。结果：680例斜疝患儿进入日间腹腔镜手术程序，顺利实施手术，手术时间10～33 min，平均21 min。住院时间在8 h 之内。1例因术中出现麻醉药物过敏未达出院评估标准，退出日间手术程序。结论：小儿腹腔镜日间手术模式具有腹腔镜微创优势和日间手术短、平、快的特点。该模式符合医患双方的利益，可以节约医疗资源，也符合当前医疗改革的目标。%Objective: To study the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic operation in pediatric day surgery, exploring relevant operation process. Methods:Clinical data of 680patients(570inguinal hernia; 110 hydrocele of tunica vaginaltis)undgoing laparoscopic day surgery were from April 2014 to September 2015 were studied retrospectively. Results:All of 680 patients were entered into the procedure of laparoscopic day surgery with operation time10 -33 min(mean 21min).Within 8 h, 111patients discharged and the other one failed to reach the standards of discharge. Conclusion:The model of laparoscopic day surgery in pediatric operation has the dual advantage of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery and day surgery. The model is in the interests of both doctors and can save medical resources, also accord with the goal of the current health care reform.
