The device has arm-supports (4) each comprising a forearm receiving system for receiving forearm of a surgeon, and lateral supports fixed on both sides of the system. A counter-weight system is formed on medial-lateral axle for facilitating the lateral movement of the arm-supports. A braking system is formed to avoid shifting of the receiving system during certain situation e.g. changing of instrument.
