中西医结合康复治疗脑卒中后顽固性呃逆的疗效观察

摘要

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of combined rehabilitation therapy on intractable hiccup after stroke of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Methods: 220 patients with post-stroke intractable hiccup patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, observation of hiccup the disappearance time of symptoms and mitigation.Results:The improvement of symptoms in patients with hiccup in observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Rehabilitation therapy on post stroke clinical rehabilitation of patients with intractable hiccup were significantly better than pure western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.%目的:观察中西医结合康复疗法对脑卒中后顽固性呃逆的临床疗效.方法:220例脑卒中后顽固性呃逆患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察呃逆的消失时间和症状缓减情况.结果:改善患者呃逆症状上观察组明显优于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:中西医结合康复疗法对脑卒中后顽固性呃逆患者的临床康复疗效明显优于单纯西药.
