The invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry and can be used to restore cerebral functions after a transient ischemic stroke, and also to prevent strokes. The essence of the invention consists in broadening the range and improving the pharmacological activity of post-stroke medicaments. This object is achieved by using as agent a mixture of dihydroquercetin and drone bee extract in the following ratio of the components: dihydroquercetin - from 10 to 400 mg, drone bee extract - from 40 to 1000 mg. The claimed agent is produced in powder, tablet or capsule form.
