目的：研究胎儿透明隔腔缺如的产前超声表现，并评价分析其转归与预后。方法：回顾性分析2013年1月～2014年2月在我院产前超声筛查中被诊断为透明隔腔缺如40例的超声图像特征，并跟产后病理与随访结果给予比较分析。结果：本组接受产前超声检查的孕妇16854例中，有40例筛查出胎儿透明隔腔缺如，占比0.24%，其中，胼胝体发育不良17例（占比42.5%），前脑无裂畸形14例（占比35.0%），孤立性透明隔腔消失9例（22.5%）。胎儿至足月分娩的为2例，均属于孤立性透明隔腔消失的病例，并对其随访到生后，最大者已达12个月，目前没有发现明显的先天性结构异常，其他的病例通过引产后病理或者标本影像学检查均得到证实。结论：产前超声诊断胎儿透明隔腔缺如应用价值比较高，对孤立性透明隔腔消失要谨慎作出畸形诊断。%Objective: The prenatal ultrasonography of fetal cavum septum pellucidum absence,and to evaluate the outcome and prognosis analysis.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 2013 January to 2014 February in our hospital were diagnosed with prenatal ultrasound screening characteristics of ultrasonic image cavity of septum pellucidum were absent in 40 cases,and with postnatal pathology and follow-up results give a comparative analysis.Results:In this group received prenatal ultrasound examination of pregnant women in 16854 cases,40 cases of fetal screening out the cavity of septum pellucidum absence,accounted for more than 0.24%,among them,agenesis of the corpus callosum in 17 cases (42.5%),14 cases of fetal holoprosencephaly (accounting for 35%),solitary cavity of septum pellucidum disappeared in 9 cases (22.5%).The fetus to term delivery was 2 cases,all belong to the isolated cavity of septum pellucidum disappearance cases,and the follow-up after birth,the maximum was 12 months,far found no obvious congenital structure anomalies,other cases induced by pathology or specimen imaging examinations have been confirmed.Conclusion:Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal cavum septum pellucidum absence of relatively high value,to the isolation cavity of septum pellucidum disappear carefully malformation diagnosis.
