循证护理减少老年急性心肌梗死患者心律失常发生率分析

摘要

目的:探讨循证护理在老年急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果.方法:对本院2014年2月~2015年2月收治的87例老年急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分为对照组(45例)和观察组(42例),分别给予常规护理和循证护理.观察两组的心律失常发生率和卧床时间、住院天数、治疗费用,并进行比较.结果:观察组的心律失常发生率显著低于对照组,卧床时间和住院天数以及治疗费用均显著短于或少于对照组,均P<0.05.结论:对急性心肌梗死患者实施循证护理可以获得良好的效果,显著降低心律失常发生率,缩短患者的卧床时间和住院天数,并减少患者的治疗费用.%Objective: To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on The clinical data of 87 cases of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from Feb 2014 to Feb 2015,and were divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (42 cases) according to the nursing methods,and were given routine nursing and evidence-based nursing.The incidence of arrhythmia and bed time, hospitalization time,cost of treatment of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The observation group the incidence of arrhythmia was significantly lower than the control group, time in bed and hospitalization and treatment costs were significantly shorter than or less than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of evidence-based nursing can obtain good effect for patients with acute myocardial infarction,significantly reduce the incidence of arrhythmia, shorten the patient bed time and hospital stay, and reduce the cost of treatment of patients.
