循证护理对老年急性心肌梗死患者心律失常发生率及心功能的影响

摘要

目的 探究循证护理对老年急性心肌梗死患者心律失常发生率及心功能的影响.方法 选取2014年7月至2016年1月在商丘市第一人民医院就诊的老年急性心肌梗死患者60例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各30例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用循证护理.将两组患者护理后的心律失常发生率、心功能分级及住院时间和费用进行比较.结果 观察组心律失常发生率、住院时间和费用均优于对照组,心功能分级情况好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在老年急性心肌梗死患者治疗期间采用循证护理效果显著,能有效减少心律失常发生率,改善患者心功能,加速康复进程,减轻经济负担.%Objective To explore the effects of evidence-based nursing on the incidence of arrhythmia and cardiac function in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 60 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group in the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu City from July of 2014 to January of 2016, and 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of arrhythmia, cardiac function classification, hospitalization time and costs were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of arrhythmia, hospitalization time and costs were lower in the observation group than control group, and the cardiac function classification was better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has good effects on the elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction.It can effectively reduce the incidence of arrhythmia, improve the heart function, accelerate the recovery process, and reduce the economic burden.
