静脉留置镇痛泵镇痛对剖宫产妇母乳喂养的影响#

摘要

Objective: To investigate intravenous analgesia pump on cesarean section maternal breast feeding effect.Methods:Choiced 202 cesarean section maternal in our hospital during 2009 January~2010 January, randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group were 102 cases,choice the intravenous indwelling analgesia pump for analgesia;The control group were 100 cases, postoperative analgesia using traditional method.Compared the maternal analgesia effect after operation,lactation,and maternal recovery between two groups.Results:The analgesia effect,lactation,postpartum recovery of observation group were superior thancontrol group (P<0.05).Experimental group was significantly higher maternal satisfaction,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical effect intravenous analgesia pump retention analgesia were good,safe and reliable, can promote the parturients with cesarean section postoperative frontal breastfeeding.%目的：探讨静脉留置镇痛泵对剖宫产妇母乳喂养的影响。方法：选择2009年1月～2010年1月我院行剖宫产术的产妇202例，随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组102例，采用静脉留置镇痛泵方法镇痛。对照组100例，术后使用传统镇痛方法。观察比较两组产妇的术后镇痛效果、哺乳情况，及产妇恢复情况。结果：观察组产妇的镇痛效果、哺乳情况、产后恢复情况均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。实验组产妇满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：静脉留置镇痛泵镇痛临床效果良好，安全可靠，可以促进剖宫产妇术后的母乳喂养。
