老年心力衰竭合并肺部感染患者的治疗体会

Objective: To summarize the experience of treatment of elderly patients with heart failure complicated with pulmonary infection, and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods: According to inclusion criteria, 60 cases of senile heart failure complicated with pulmonary infection were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the control group uses the conventional treatment, experimental group in monitoring patients with calcitonin) based on the original take symptomatic treatment, the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results: Two groups in the clinical efficiency, case fatality rate, hospitalization time three aspects had no significant difference, no statistical significance (P>0.05), two groups of in hospital total cost and duration of antibiotic, antimicrobial drug costs and double infection rate difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: For the elderly patients with heart failure and pulmonary infection can be based on the rational use of antibiotics in the reduction of calcium, can effectively evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment of antibiotics, which has a wide range of clinical value.%目的：总结老年心力衰竭（心衰）合并肺部感染患者的治疗体会，为临床提供治疗参考。方法：将符合纳入标准的60例老年心衰合并肺部感染患者随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组采用常规治疗方式，实验组在监测患者降钙素原的基础上采取对症治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：两组在临床有效率、病死率、住院时间三个方面差异不显著，无统计学意义（P＞0.05），两组在住院总费用、抗菌药物疗程、抗菌药物费用和二重感染率方面差异显著具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：针对老年心衰合并肺部感染患者，可根据降钙素原指标合理使用抗生素，能够有效评价抗生素的治疗效果。
