A method for the complex treatment of the chronic heart failure in the aged patients with the ischemic heart disease comprises the oral administration of beta-adrenoblocker, namely selective beta-adrenoblocker Nebivolol (Nebilet). In addition, Trifas (Toracemid) is used as diuretic for the period sufficient for obtaining the positive effect.
